• Smokers may not be placed underneath a tent. They must remain in open air at all time.
  • Containers will be placed by the organisation for ashes, waste and oil.
  • Teams must centralize their waste in the designated area on the competition area. More info will follow on the teams captain meeting.
  • Every team must be in possession of a fire extinguisher.
  • Every team must be in possession of first aid kit.
  • Payments can only be made online via Paypal directly with your registration or on request by bank transfer. Once your payment is accepted your registration is complete and your place in our competition is guaranteed.
  • Registration to our competition goes with a full commitment. However, if you need to cancel for urgent reasons, the following cancellation rules apply:
    • 90 days before the contest 100% refund
    • 60 days before the contest 50% refund
    • 30 days before the contest 0 % refund
  • The Teams grant full permission to the organization of Black Forest Smoke & Wine Festival authorized by them, to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
  • WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of your accepting this entry, you, the Team Captain, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the organization of Black Forest Smoke & Wine Festival , their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event.
